Gold and lustres are liquids, with a lacquer-like appearance and a dark brown color; they contain metals in dissolved form as their essential component. If necessary to improve the flow of the product, HTL-199 thinner may be used up to a maximum of 3%. They are mainly applied by brush on porcelain and ceramic objects. Airbrush application is for professional use only. Application must always be carried out on glazed and previously fired objects, thoroughly cleaned and free from any traces of moisture.
