Gold and lustres are liquids, with the appearance of lacquer and dark brown color; they contain metals in dissolved form as an essential component. If needed to aid application, HTL – 199 thinner can be used up to a maximum of 3%. They are mainly applied with a brush on porcelain and ceramic objects. Airbrush application is for professional use only. Application is always done on glazed and already fired objects, well-cleaned and free of moisture.
